Our Commitment

At P. Weiss, Corporate Social Responsibility guides how we provide clients with the highest level of consultation and service, starting from the earliest stages of product development, through production and marketing, to final sale and after-sales support.

We proudly serve as the exclusive Israeli representative of leading manufacturers from Germany, Switzerland, Italy, the United Kingdom, and the United States. With over eight decades of experience, our deep market knowledge and technical expertise are the foundation of our success and customer satisfaction.

Environmental responsibility

Reuse of Packaging

Each year, an estimated 15 billion trees are cut down globally, resulting in the loss of around 100,000 square km of forest. P. Weiss is committed to reducing its environmental footprint by actively reusing and recycling materials.
Rather than purchasing new packaging, we reuse the same cardboard boxes from our overseas shipments for local deliveries. We apply this same philosophy to paper and plastic, which are either sent for recycling or reused internally, minimizing waste and maximizing sustainability.

Philanthropic Responsibility / Volunteering

Young Entrepreneurs

Arie Weiss has been actively involved for many years in mentoring youth through the international Young Entrepreneurs program.
This initiative introduces school-aged children to the process of launching a manufacturing company, from idea development to product delivery. Participants gain hands-on experience in planning, construction, budgeting, market research, marketing, and sales. The goal is to make technology and innovation accessible while cultivating the next generation of leaders in science, engineering, and entrepreneurship.

Donations to Educational Initiatives

We contribute batteries and enclosures to several educational and technological projects, including:

Ben Gurion Racing (BGR Group)
FIRST Robotics Competition (in collaboration with the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology). This includes a robotics project that we are involved in, using Power-Sonic batteries, as featured in this robotics festival article.

Mo’adon HaSharon – The Sharon Club

P.Weiss is proud to support Mo’adon HaSharon, a local volunteer organization in Kfar Saba with 46 active members. For over 35 years, the club has supported vulnerable populations in the community, particularly youth and senior citizens. Activities include:

Enrichment programs for kindergartens serving children with special needs
Therapy sessions featuring trained service dogs
Support for youth centers in disadvantaged areas
Joint initiatives at the Kfar Saba Geriatric Center (affiliated with Meir Hospital)

All members volunteer their time, and all funds raised are dedicated to community impact.

Volunteering for the IDF

In the early stages of Operation Iron Swords, P. Weiss employees volunteered every Friday to deliver food and essential supplies to combat units stationed across Israel, from the northern border to the southern desert. This initiative was our way of standing with those who protect us during a time of national crisis.

Supporting Northern Businesses

Since 2023, as part of our ongoing response to Operation Iron Swords, we have chosen to purchase employee holiday gifts from small businesses in northern Israel. Many of these businesses were affected by the conflict and are owned by reservists who have served for extended periods over the past two years. Through these purchases, we aim to provide both moral encouragement and economic support.

Financial and Personal Contributions

At P. Weiss, giving back is a shared value, both as a company and as individuals. Our support includes financial donations and hands-on volunteering for causes we believe in, from education and community programs to national welfare initiatives.
