With customers spanning across a wide range of sectors, in both the defense and civil industries, from startups to multinationals: semiconductor, medical devices etc., we have the ability to meet a wide range of requirements.
For example: very often we receive requests to help design discontinued/obsolete battery packs.
P.Weiss has a facility to build battery assemblies in both small and medium volume, supplying our customers with tens to hundreds of battery packs to be used with applications demanding the highest standards. We only use only high branded relatable cells like Panasonic, Tadiran & Samsung, which provide the best performance.
With profound knowledge and expertise in batteries and electrical engineering we help to advise our customers, partnering in the process of building the initial prototypes and together defining the battery pack from the planning stage to the manufacturing/mass production stage.
Our battery packs are designed both physically and electronically with or without connectors, safety boards through meticulous soldering and welding methods. Whether these packs are designed in parallel or serial with rechargeable or non-rechargeable batteries.
Battery types: nickel-cadmium batteries, nickel-metal hydride batteries, Lithium-ion batteries etc.
Before anything leaves the lab, our quality control checks that all these battery packs meet all the required standards.
