Our Birth
Shoshana and Perez Weiss the young – brave entrepreneurs, who just made “Aliya” to Israel, open their first shop for distribution and sell of Electric Equipment. The location was at 33 Jerusalem st., Rmat-Gan.
The Second Generation Joins the Company
Arie and Irit, the second generation joins the business. The company
expands its activities and is getting specialty in Batteries and Electro-Mechanical fields. This also includes Enclosures, Switches, Hardware, Pumps, Power & Thermal Solutions.
Moving to a New Facility
In 2005, the company moved from its historical location in Ramat-Gan and relocated in the industrial area of Kfar-Saba, in a new and modern facility with 500 sqm offices and large warehouse.
The Third Generation Joins the Company
Tal and Asi, who are back from 4 year mission in Switzerland, join the company and its vision to provide its customers with the best consultation and service, starting from the early developing stages of the product, throughout the production and marketing, until the final sale and after sale support.
Celebrating 80 Years of Success
In 2019, we celebrated our 80th anniversary, marking eight decades of continuous growth, innovation, and leadership in the electro-mechanical field.
Our Team
Arie Weiss
Electrical Engineer who joined the company in 1986, After working at TADIRAN batteries for 10 years. Arie has over 40 years of experience, knowledge and understanding of the characteristics of Israeli market.
Asi Yosef
Asi is part of the third generation who joined the company in 2018 after 4 years as the commercial attaché in Switzerland. His responsibilities include Sales and other aspects of Business Development.
Irit Weiss
Irit is part of the second generation and joined the company in 1987. With 30+ years of experience, she oversees supply chain and procurement, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and strong supplier and customer relationships.
Virginia Manor
As the Finance Manager at P. Weiss, Virginia brings over 8 years of experience in financial reporting and budgeting. Virginia is responsible for overseeing daily financial operations, preparing accurate reports, and supporting budget planning.
